Greenpark Homes is owned and operated by Graham Sherrard and Greg Parker.

Graham has worked in the construction industry since 1976 and has been a licensed residential builder for over 25 years operating within the Macarthur area of NSW for the entire time. Graham is also a Licensed Carpenter and Joiner. Being a qualified tradesman Graham has the knowledge and skills to ensure your project is delivered to the highest standards. If Graham is not happy with something he will not expect you to be happy with it.

Graham’s passion for delivering turnkey projects continues to push him daily to reach new goals. Graham will be involved from day one assisting with site selection, the council application process, engineering, and consultancy services. Once the build has started Graham will schedule the works, oversee trades and meet with you to ensure we are achieving what you expected.

Greg has worked in the construction industry since 1998 and has been a licensed builder for 6 years. Greg holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting.

Greg’s passion for custom designed homes and delivering quality work makes him asset to the company and the client. Greg will be involved from day one with home design, quoting, material selections and overseeing construction.

Upon completion of your home Graham and Greg will handover your keys and Warranty Pack and discuss our stress free maintenance period with you.
