At Greenpark Homes we understand our clients and their expectations from our initial meetings. These initial meetings give us a sense of what you are after, your budget, your living requirements etc.

Initial Meeting(s)

We will meet with you free of charge so we can understand your expectations. Understand your requirements of your home, understand how you will live and interact in every room.

Design

If you do not already have a design we will design a home based on our Initial Meetings. The first design may not be what you had in mind but we will keep working at it until you are happy.

Site

If you have not already purchased land we will assist with site selection based on our initial meetings. We will understand how big the home is, how much space do you need inside and out and from this help select the perfect block for your new home.

Budget

We will prepare an accurate budget based on the initial design. This budget will give us something to work with and determine if the concept design will meet your budget.

Council Application

We have been working in the Macarthur Area including councils such as Campbelltown, Camden Liverpool, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee for over 25 years. We will take care of the council process and you will not have to lift a finger!

Firm Lump Sum Price

Once the design is finalised we will provide you with a Firm Lump Sum Price. This means that the price WILL NOT change unless you want to change something. This is what separates Greenpark Homes from many other builders. The only time the contract price will change is if you want it to.

Construction

Once construction begins the hardest part for you is over. The design is finalised and you have selected the majority of your finishes. We will walk you through your home at every stage and give you updates on progress.

Handover and Follow Up

When the home is complete we will give you a handover pack with all aspects of your home within it so you have a file containing everything you need. We will be in touch regularly to ensure that any defects that have arisen can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
